• I am a consultant and interim manager working with management teams and individuals at the intersection of business, HR and change.
• My mission is to help organizations align their business strategy with a people/HR strategy and the context they provide for their people. I help them to build their workforce of the future and to become an employer ready for the day after tomorrow.
• I have been on all sides of the table – as a consultant, a line manager and as a HR manager – and have hands-on experience working in professional services, energy, media, higher education and outsourcing. I hold a master’s degree in Business Administration and am currently finishing my thesis for the Executive Master Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) at Insead.
